Kids really bounce back. Today Alice won a Master Chef competition at school. This is her lemon shortcake tart with raspberry coulis. They really do taste good.

Wednesday 11 July

Yesterday Alice was knocked over while Ice Skating in Cardiff. She blacked out and suffered some concussion. I had to go and pick her up from hospital in Cardiff. Here is her black eye. She is feeling much better today. Yesterday was horrible.
